Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Refund (In case of customer query not attempted by company)

Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. We believe in providing high quality customer service (Free category) within 24 hours, however if we do not attempt/response towards your query within 24 hours then customer can complaint for one more time after 24 hours, if we do not response for the 2nd time then customer has option to raise a refund request for the card. It will be refunded in the customer’s account through which medium they had paid for the card. Although company has right to decide whether to refund the amount or not after clarifying all the matters from customer’s and technician’s end.

Shipping & Delivery Policies -

Jamison Solution Services Pvt. Ltd. ships its products to the customer’s correspondence/ permanent address whichever is provided by the customer at the time of registration.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 10 to 15 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
